Honestly all in all we like the Ghost BBQ because it's a chance to visit your awesome building, debate nicely and discuss theories and visit friends. Whatever works best for you and is the easiest to ensure is booked is fine by us.

Don't be afraid to ask for people to help cover the costs - we don't mind helping out more that way. If it's just a night of people being in the building that's fine. If you want to price out small conference room at a hotel we could always all go to lunch together. It's not a huge lavish affair so please don't go out of your way to book something really big especially if not that many people are coming.

Anyways keep us posted. Just wondering do you have a headcount yet?

I will most likely be working sat and sun, however, my schedule is from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, so I could still come up later in the day in time for the investigation. Possibly even get there in time for lunch.......?

Actually all, I lied. I will not be here for the investigation on Sat. :( I have somewhere else I have to be. I would still like to get together during the day, and the night before? Is there going to be an investigation the previous evening? Anyway, see you all soon.

Hello folks,

My schedule has changed yet again, and I will have sat, sun, and mon. off. As long as it stays this way, I will be able to come up for the 16 and 17.

Only problem is I haven't done anything with the audio I recorded last year since I didn't expect to be able to attend this year. (To be honest though, I don't think I recorded anything interesting anyway).
